Founder, Educator, and cosmetologist, Mesha Lee has dedicated her time and money toward building a reputable business. Attributing all of her success to the divine appointment of God, Mesha Lee has been licensed for 15 years. Having attended Eve’s College of Cosmetology in Oklahoma, in 1992, Mesha Lee graduated at the top of her class and moved back home to establish her career. Under the direction of her first mentor Mesha Lee began to grow into her own flavor of style. Her mentor at the time, Ms. Hinson, sowed a wealth of information into Mesha Lee allowing her to freely grow up and out. While employed briefly at Beau Divas in Charlotte NC, Mesha mastered the curling iron and became skillful in the Pivot Point hair cutting techniques that have become part of our signature look. Mesha Lee’s next influence came in winter of 1995 when Ms. J. Hamilton introduced her to the professional approach to salon business and customer relations. In 1995 God confirmed and activated her business by Apostle Charles D. Thomas, pastor of Greater Victory Temple Ministries and Apostle of GVT International in Charlotte, NC. Apostle Charles & wife, Prophetess Barbara Thomas both have spend time and money investing into the life of Mesha Lee and her family enabling them to propel forward. Mesha Lee became the Founder of Divas Hair Studio in 1995, Apphia Mesha Salon & Cosmetic Studio in 2005 and Divine Innovative Concepts Corporation in 2008. Other credits to her name are 1st runner up in the Nairobi Hair Wars 1996, Platform artist for Salon Finish Product, Dudley Beauty consultant, Technical Consultant for Avlon Industries and Director of Educator for INNOVATIVE BEAUTY CONCEPTS, a provider of NC State approved continuing education for cosmetologist, manicurist, estheticians and instructors of cosmetology. Mesha Lee is current updating the new APPHIA MESHA SALON & COSMETIC STUDIO located in the business district of Stanly Co. This diversified woman gives God the glory for all that He has done in her life. “God has given me His love, peace, joy, soundness of mind and strength, without whom I would be nothing. My faith in Jesus Christ is the only reason I am here today not just in success but in right standing with God.” Mesha Lee gives her husband Nicholas T. Lee credit for supporting her, loving her, and being faithful to his call in the Kingdom of God. He is God’s gift to me and I Love him dearly, he is the best man I have ever known. This diversified woman is not only a business person, and a student in college but a thankful and blessed mother of 8 children.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. The charge if you fail to cancel your appointment will be $25.00 or more depending on time allotted for your services.

Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15-30 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your situation when scheduling your appointment.

Missed Appointments
In the event that you miss three or more consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. You may, however, be considered as a walk-in at anytime. We welcome your business!

Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointments one business day prior to your appointment. If we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments which may acquire a cancellation fee.

Children Policy
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and for safety reasons we ask that you do not bring children if they are not receiving a service. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Check Policy
We do not accept checks.

Walk-Ins
We welcome walk-in customers daily.

Fees
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees prior to your appointment. So feel free to request a total price prior to receiving services. 

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards and salon gift certificates. No checks accepted.  Please call the salon for more information.
